Do you often find yourself saying things like this:
"Out of sight, out of mind."Those choice of words just might be a clue to how you tick. You may be a visual learner (over a auditory or kinethestic learner). More hints: you prefer using images, pictures, colors, and maps to organize information and communicate with others. You can easily visualize objects, plans and outcomes in your mind's eye. You may be a doodler - drawing, scribbling to get your points understood or to help you understand a concept.
"I want to look at it differently."
"See how this works?"
"Let me draw it out for you."
Picture this!"
Seven Fruits, Eight Vegetables
Visual learners like to see it to learn it. Charts, graphs, maps are all great tools. The majority of people are visual learners so to appeal to the masses, a chart I have.If pesticide exposure is something you try to avoid or reduce, the Environmental Working Group has done extensive research on that - which fruits and vegetables carry the highest amount of pesticide residue and which ones do not. I am focusing here on the ones that do not. With so many rules, and no-nos, and finger shaking over what we put in our mouths, breathe a sigh of relief. No need to be scared silly over what to consume off the vine all the time. These 15 foods are deemed A-OK, clean as a whistle and free as a fiddle.
For you visual learners out there, perhaps this chart can help jog your memory for your next trip to the farmers market or grocery store. After all, what good is it to have the clean 15 all researched for you if you can't even remember it?
But, in case, you are not a visual learner and much prefer a list over a chart, here are the clean 15 in alphabetical order to help you recall it. (Any in green contain links to recipes with that ingredient.)
